The gorgeous infinity pool (27 m2) offers a spot of outdoor luxury, where one can take exercise or indulge relaxation, in complete privacy. A bank of sun loungers fill the large poolside deck (vast 100 m2) where days can be spent basking in the sunshine – equipped with 6 long sofas, dining table and chairs for 12, barbeque and complete outdoor kitchen. Outdoor lounges and cooking and dining areas extend the practical living space and offer relaxed indoor-outdoor flow. The 240 square meter indoor house offers immense area for living, designed to keep the feeling of a family home.
The first floor includes a crispy contemporary living room with cozy couch and large LCD TV (Satellite+DVD), dining table for 12 (adjustable from 6-12 sitting places), kitchen with a large fridge, dishwasher and all electrical utensils and tableware you need. In the living room, cheerful blue couch brings colour to otherwise Scandinavian white decor scheme. Two bedrooms with double beds are on this floor accompanied with luxurious bathroom complete with vanity units, wide basins, bathtub and laundry machine.
The second floor comprises of 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each (1 double and 2 single beds, easily converted to double) + en suite bathrooms. Two spare beds can be added + baby bed.
Each floor has 2 vast private balconies with infinite view. Resin wicker armchairs and table on side balcony area give you a chance to always catch or escape the sun comfortably.
The separate area on the second floor is a Jacuzzi room (whirlpool/hot tub for 4 people) with a separate shower tub and lounge chairs. The concrete that forms the building remains exposed across ceiling and selected walls contrasted by the warmth of wood and floor heating, imitating contrast of astonishing mountain Mosor and trees you enjoy viewing while relaxing in the Jacuzzi.
Ground floor provides a secure car garage but also a playroom (table tennis) and cellar.
